Mission

HSMAI Mission Statement: To be the leading source for sales and marketing information, knowledge, business development, and networking for professionals in tourism, travel, and hospitality.

HSMAI Northern California Chapter will provide value to its members by sponsoring educational programs, creating business opportunities, offering networking events with peers and customers, identifying and communicating trends in the hospitality industry and being the leading voice for hospitality Sales and Marketing disciplines.

The needs of our members will always be the driving force behind new initiatives and programs at a local, national, and international level.
